The challenge

Every week meant sending status update emails, chasing approvals over Slack, and manually updating spreadsheets for invoicing. Clients had no self-service way to see progress.

What we built

Built a client-facing portal with project dashboards, file approval flows, comment threads per deliverable, and an invoice overview. Clients log in, see everything, and act without needing an email.
