The challenge
The team was using GitHub Issues for project management but needed something more visual with sprint planning and workload views. Jira was too heavy for a 6-person team.
What we built
Built a lightweight Kanban board with Vue 3, drag-and-drop via vuedraggable, and WebSocket-based real-time sync. Added sprint planning views and label-based filtering.
